When we reply
Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday closed. We answer as quickly as we can, usually the same day.
Asking about an order
Please include your order number so we can find it straight away. If something arrived damaged, incorrect or defective, send a clear photo or short video with your message and we will sort it out.
Before you write
Questions about ingredients, sizes, delivery times and returns are usually answered on our FAQ page. You can also read more about how we make things on our About page, or go straight to Teddy Soap.
